What is the Marketplace app?
Marketplace is an iOS app that connects consumers with local service providers. It includes a canvassing platform for field sales teams, booking management, integrated payments, and a credit-based economy for platform features.
How do I create an account?
Download the app from the App Store and sign up using Apple Sign-In, Google, email, phone number, or magic link. You can switch between personal (consumer) and business workspaces after registration.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security at the database layer, and sensitive information (SSN, financial data) is stored only on your device using iOS Keychain — never on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We support credit/debit cards and Apple Pay. Service providers receive payouts directly to their bank accounts via Stripe Connect.
What are platform credits?
Credits are an in-app currency used for canvassing features (knocks, outreach campaigns), data access, and premium functionality. Credits can be purchased in packs with volume discounts and never expire.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at privacy@agntc.tech with your account email. We will process deletion within 30 days. You can also request a copy of your data before deletion.
What platforms are supported?
The Marketplace app is available for iOS (iPhone and iPad) running iOS 18 or later. A web version is planned for future release.
