Agentic Labs LLC ("Agentic Labs," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Marketplace mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and authentication credentials when you create an account.
- Profile Information: Profile photo, business name, bio, and professional details you choose to add.
- Business Information: Service descriptions, pricing, availability, service areas, and business contact details for service providers.
- Transaction Information: Payment details processed through Stripe (we do not store full credit card numbers), booking history, and credit purchases.
- Communications: Messages sent through the platform's messaging system, support requests, and feedback.
- Field Activity Data: Knock records, visit notes, and canvassing activity logged during field operations.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.
- Location Data: With your permission, we collect precise location data to enable map-based features, territory management, and service area matching. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings.
- Usage Data: App interaction data, feature usage patterns, session duration, and crash reports.
1.3 Information From Third Parties
- Authentication Providers: When you sign in via Apple, Google, or other providers, we receive your name and email as authorized by you.
- Payment Processor: Stripe provides us with transaction status, customer identifiers, and payment confirmation (not full card details).
- Public Data Sources: We use publicly available address data (e.g., OpenAddresses) to populate our address database for mapping and canvassing features.

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, Supabase for infrastructure, Apple for authentication).
- Business Interactions: Service provider profiles, ratings, and business information are visible to customers using the marketplace. Customer contact information is shared with providers only when a booking or service request is initiated.
- Team Members: Within a business workspace, authorized team members may access shared customer data, territories, and booking information.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Agentic Labs, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.
4. Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest
- Authentication uses secure PKCE flow with industry-standard providers
- Sensitive credentials (SSN, financial data) are never stored on our servers — they remain on your device using iOS Keychain
- Database access is controlled through row-level security policies
- We use Supabase (hosted on AWS) for data infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II compliance
5. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and Portability: You can request a copy of your personal data at any time.
- Correction: You can update your account information through the app's profile settings.
- Deletion: You can request account deletion by contacting us at privacy@agntc.tech. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- Location: You can disable location services through your device settings. Some features (mapping, territory management) will be limited.
- Notifications: You can manage push notification preferences in the app settings.
- Marketing: We do not send marketing emails. All communications are transactional or administrative.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we may retain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you. Transaction records may be retained as required by financial regulations.
